There is minimal toning on some of the coins, mainly the early years. I went through my inventory and picked out the best I had. The majority of the coins have sharp details and a fine finish. THIS IS MY OPNION ONLY! Se examine carefully to make your own conclusion as to the condition. The government issued protective hard plastic lens cases are in good condition: no cracks, minimal scratches.
