The 2016 set contains a “W” mint mark proof Silver Eagle with all the other coins bearing an “S” mint mark. The 2017 set contains a “S” mint mark proof Silver Eagle (with all the other coins bearing an “S” mint mark) which is different than the previous and subsequent years of the Limited Edition Silver Proof sets that have “W” proof silver eagles. These sets don’t appear to have any toning on them.
