This 99.9% silver proof 50 cent coin will satisfy collectors demands. The round shape is that of the original 50 cent coin before the dodecagonal shape was introduced in 1969. The Australian Coat of arms design is stunningly selectively gold plated, and mintage is a low 7500. Included with this coin is a free 2016 Set of 6 Uncirculated Coins Commemorating 1966 Decimal Currency Changeover. This set includes 6 individual coins that have been removed from rolls of uncirculated coins from the Royal Australia Mint. Each coin has the image of a pre-decimal coin on the back (see images).
